Micha Akchoti is a French photographer and director based in Berlin. 

Through his sensorial and ethereal lens that focuses on nature, its elements, and mankind’s relationship to them, he highlights the beauty that lies in our planet’s overlooked corners, blending small details and wide scale landscapes to give the viewer a full encompassing feeling of the subjects he photographs, from the tiniest grain of sand to the biggest mountain.

Deeply influenced by cinema since his youngest age, he studied directing at the INSAS film school in Brussels, before working as a director’s assistant in production companies such as Somesuch, BWGTBLD and Phantasm, living across Europe, learning the craft of advertising and its different sensibilities around the globe. As a freelancer, he’s worked for some of the world’s most renowned directors on major projects for clients such as Amazon, Apple, Google, Hermès, Mercedes-Benz, Nike, Rimowa, Warner Bros, The Weeknd or Yves Saint-Laurent.

On his collaborations as a photographer and director with brands such as Mont Blanc, Tag Heuer or Louis Vuitton, he showed each time his ability to create unique visual worlds and striking imagery that help to shape memorable brand identities, imprint the viewers’ minds and transport them into a poetic, textured and heightened reality.
